Golden Bear Sportswear stands behind the quality of our craftsmanship and offers a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on unworn, original-condition items. Please note that custom-made or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
